The Hummelstown Cemetery has a long and rich history, having graves that span from prior to the Revolutionary War to current day. Come and join us as we walk through the cemetery, introducing you to some of the interesting people resting there. Mike Espenshade, our cemetery historian, will be offering tours through the cemetery again in 2019, telling the story of many of our Civil War veterans. Tours describing our veterans from other periods are being developed.

Upcoming tours discussing Civil War Veterans buried in The Hummelstown Cemetery:

Saturday, 25 April 2020 10:00 am - starting in the Pavillion along S. Railroad St.

Duration = about 90 minutes, longer if interest/questions require. In case of rain, tour will be re-scheduled.

To register, e-mail Mike at = mespenshade2@gmail.com Space is limited to the first 15 persons to register for each date.

Donations to the Cemetery are welcomed.

We are always eager to learn more, because we have little information on many of our service members. So, please contact us if you have any information about our veterans buried here. We want to hear from you!
